At motogadget, I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project that focused on automating the loading and unloading of milling machines. This task was previously manual and labor-intensive, and the goal was to streamline the process, enhance efficiency, and improve productivity.

To tackle this, I integrated a Universal Robot (UR) into motogadget’s production line. The UR was programmed to load and unload the milling machines autonomously, ensuring smooth and consistent operation. This robotic system could handle batch sizes of up to 500 units, providing the scalability and flexibility needed to meet varying production demands.
The automation not only optimized production by reducing downtime but also improved consistency, as the robot performed the task with the same precision each time. By removing the manual component, we enhanced both workflow efficiency and quality control.
